Birch Tree Therapies is actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support our ESY programs this summer, with opportunities to continue into the 2026–2027 school year. Full-time preferred, part-time considered.
Experienced SLPs, Clinical Fellows, and strong SLPAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services in school settings
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
Who We're Looking For
- Pennsylvania SLP License or eligibility
- CCC-SLP, Clinical Fellow, or strong SLPA
- Passion for working with school-aged students
- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dependable, organized, and accountable
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
